By accessing and using the Schola platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of the service
Schola is a school management platform developed by 7Lineas SAS that enables educational institutions to manage academic information, attendance, activities, communications, and other processes related to school life.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Responsible use
You agree to use the platform in accordance with Colombian law, these terms, and instructions from your educational institution. You must not use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
5. Intellectual property
The Schola software, design, logos, and content are owned by 7Lineas SAS or its licensors. No intellectual property rights in the software are granted beyond what is expressly set out in these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
7Lineas SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
